Over the years, we accumulate suppressed emotions and stress in our system. I teach you exercises to independently release emotions and close emotional stress cycles in the body. No, mostly just your hands and your breath. Some exercises we do lying down, for which your bed or yoga mat would be suitable. Brain Artistry exercises are designed so that you can do them almost unnoticed from almost anywhere.
