The world needs more healers, guides and leaders who have real experience, in-depth understanding of the intricacies of this powerful practice and the ability to safely share it with others.
We’ve created a highly comprehensive training program that weaves together the most cutting-edge knowledge and tools to help you become a world-class Breathwork facilitator.
The training is by application only and we have very specific selection criteria to ensure our facilitators are ready for the responsibility that comes with this training and the facilitation that will follow it.
Trauma-informed Breathwork facilitation is only for those who have integrity as a top value and are committed to building a heart-driven career in the healing arts and working with your clients at deep somatic levels.
WHAT DOES THE 9-MONTH TRAINING INCLUDE?

It is important to note that for participants residing in Australia, New Zealand and Asia, the live calls convert to Wednesdays due to the time zone difference.
Our first live call (Welcome Ceremony) will be held Tuesday 20th February 2024 for USA/Canada which converts to Wednesday 21st February 2024 for Australia, New Zealand & Asia.
WHAT’S THE FINANCIAL INVESTMENT?
Access our Early bird extended payment plan:
12 monthly payments of $800 USD
OR the training can be paid for in full for $9,000 USD
Pay in full by Nov 30th 2023 to receive a bonus gift valued at $640 USD
including a 1-year membership to the Owaken Breathwork APP
& a ticket to a live Owaken Breathwork event in LA (for you or a friend!).
After November 30th 2023, the payment plan will be:
A monthly payment plan will be 8 payments of $1,200 USD

WHAT’S THE TIME INVESTMENT?
The entire training will go by a structured weekly schedule.
Each of our 34 modules need to be completed the week they are assigned which means there is an expectation that students commit to spending consistent time each week studying and completing each module on time.
This is NOT a self-paced facilitator training. This training requires that you keep up.
You will be assigned an average of 6 hours of study per week (including watching videos, reading, live call participation, practice sessions and assignments that will be submitted weekly).
For students in time zones that do not allow for convenient attendance to live calls: each call will be recorded and available for you to watch the same week to keep up with your study and assignment schedule.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
This training is for you if you're interested in mastering facilitation of conscious-connected breathwork for emotional healing and personal transformation. Our approach is trauma-informed and energy-sensitive.
We will train you to tailor your Breathwork facilitation to meet the unique needs of each client. We prioritise safety, integrity and work by tracking the nervous system and energetics while facilitating every session.
Our comprehensive 9-month curriculum includes a deep-dive into guiding clients into a non-ordinary state of consciousness for healing & transformation, anatomy & physiology for Breathwork, understanding the many manifestations of the stress response within clients, guiding clients to integrate their sessions & develop long-term nervous system regulation, best practices for serving as a trauma-informed facilitator, energy work techniques, inner child work, shadow work and so much more!

Lukis is an Artist, Coach, Spiritual mentor and Breathwork Facilitator with a passion for helping people process and release whatever's holding them back so they can live epic, blessed lives. His deep work supports individuals to release trauma and suppressed emotions so they can rediscover their inner power and perform at the highest levels.
Hellè is an Intuitive Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Speaker and Writer. She is passionate about supporting highly sensitive people and creative truth-seekers worldwide in developing greater self-awareness, intuition, gentle power and purpose.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I am intending to conceive/may be pregnant this year… can I do the training?
This training includes two intensive Breathwork journeys per month that all trainees are required to participate in. While we have had some trainees conceive later in the process during our prior course who have been able to successfully adapt and graduate, we cannot confidently recommend this. The training is non-refundable and non-transferable so we ask that you seriously consider the timing before committing to apply.
I don’t have the money to do this training but it feels so right… can I get a scholarship?
At this stage, we are offering scholarships for our Owaken Breathwork online workshops and Owaken Virtual Studio App only. The Facilitator Training is currently for paying participants only. This training is best suited to those who have the financial stability and some momentum established already with leading, serving and embodying the principles we share in this immersive training. If money is currently limited, we strongly recommend continuing with your personal healing, inner work and taking aligned action over the next 12 months so you can potentially apply as a paid participant next year.
I would have to go into debt to afford the training, shall I do it?
This training is best suited to those who have the financial stability and some momentum established already with leading, serving and embodying the principles we share in this immersive training. If money is currently limited and going into debt is a risk that could severely compromise your quality of life or wellbeing in future, we would not recommend it. We would instead suggest you keep focusing on personal healing, inner work and taking aligned action over the next 12 months so you can potentially apply as a paid participant next year while feeling financially healthy and secure.
Is this a Functional Breathing Certification?
No. Owaken Breathwork is based on using conscious-connected breathing for healing and transformation. The sessions you will be trained to share with clients in this training will be designed to activate non-ordinary states of consciousness that have a similar quality to psychedelic experiences & plant medicines. This work is considered sacred and ceremonial in nature. We do not specifically focus on correcting daily breathing habits. There is training within the course that explains the anatomy & physiology of Breathwork and how we can support our clients to improve their breathing however it is secondary.
What if I get behind with the modules or need more time to complete the training and be certified?
We do not provide extensions for financial hardship, changes in your availability, scheduling conflicts or change of mind. It is crucial to carefully consider beforehand whether this training aligns with your needs and if you can allocate the necessary financial investment and time commitment for the entire 9-month study period. Should you require an extension due to medical reasons, we kindly ask for a medical certificate to be provided. Once our team reviews your situation, we can explore suitable options to accommodate you.
