The 6-Month Signature Mentoring
Over six months, we focus not only on the level of understanding but on where your patterns actually originate and operate – in the nervous system, in the body, and in the breath. Many of the issues you face today are not the result of conscious decisions, but unconscious imprints that have become embedded in your body over time. This is precisely where we begin our work.
My work combines hypnosis, breathwork, somatic integration, and nervous system intelligence into a body-based approach. While we create clarity on a conscious level, we simultaneously work with your body – your subconscious and nervous system.
Unconscious patterns manifest not only in your mindset but in your entire internal state – in tension, breathing patterns, reactions, and emotions. In coaching, you learn to recognize these signals, understand them, and work with them independently. You learn to consciously regulate your state instead of being controlled by it.
Change can arise from experiencing safety, regulation, and new internal states. The goal is not to create an artificial version of yourself, but to gain access to what is already inherent within you – genuineness, authenticity, security, trust, detachment. A new inner attitude that supports you – in your thoughts, feelings, and actions. An attitude in which clarity, courage, and authentic expression can naturally manifest in your life.
The Process
The Questionnaire
Before our sessions, you will complete a detailed questionnaire. It provides me with initial insights into how your system is shaped, which patterns are becoming visible, and which protective programs are active.
The Sessions
In the sessions, we then intuitively take two steps:

Explore & Recognize - We collectively turn our attention to your internal experience – not just through thoughts, analyses, or conversations, but primarily through what manifests in your body: sensations, breath rhythm, tensions, and your nervous system's reactions. We explore what holds you back internally – and how your system has previously sought to protect you from growth, visibility, or change. What feels like self-sabotage on the surface is often an intelligent, outdated protective mechanism. You learn to perceive these signals and understand what they reveal about your internal experience and your patterns.

Create Inner Space - In the second step, we engage in direct work with your system. I gently and safely guide you into a state where your nervous system becomes accessible – into a secure contact with your inner experience. In this state, we work bottom-up in direct contact with your body: through sensations, breath, emotions, internal signals, and always with the intelligence of your biology, a kind of internal dialogue with your system emerges. What previously happened automatically can be re-experienced and reconnected – precisely where your patterns originate: in the nervous system. What seeks to reorder itself can happen naturally. What seeks to release itself does so in a state of safety and spaciousness. Each session is different. I work intuitively and orient myself to what your system needs in that moment.
